Northline is a new downtown district taking shape near the city center. Lakewood Park and Devine Lake Park are the local parks, and Cedar Park's H-E-B Center and shopping are a few minutes south.

Who Leander suits
Buyers who want a new home with more house and lot than in-town Austin offers, and sellers in newer subdivisions, who are competing with builders' incentives and need to price accordingly.
