Leah Gay Roustan, REALTOR®

Who is Leah Gay Roustan?

Leah Gay Roustan is a REALTOR® in Austin, Texas, licensed since 2012, who represents buyers, sellers and relocating families across North Austin and the northern suburbs. She was born and raised in Austin, graduated from Anderson High School and attended the University of Texas.

She moved to South Padre Island in 2005 and started in real estate there, working in short-term vacation rentals from 2010 before earning her license in 2012. On the island she chaired the membership committee of the South Padre Island Board of REALTORS®, planning its meetings, speakers and education on market and TREC changes, and she represented the area as its Texas REALTOR® Director at state conferences. In 2020 her peers voted her REALTOR® of the Year.

Now back home in Austin, she works the neighborhoods she grew up in and the suburbs that have grown up around them.

How does Leah work?

Leah is a go-getter who likes to be in the trenches with her clients, and she is involved in every part of the transaction herself: the search, the offer, the option period, the inspection, the appraisal and the closing. She believes that once you start the process you are a team, and she is invested in your deal as if it were her own.

That means you deal with Leah, not an assistant, and you hear about problems early, with a plan.
